    Led forty engineers across three sub-teams to build two competition robots for ABU Robocon.

    • Owned the technical direction and the scope calls that kept three sub-teams shipping in parallel
    • Architected the autonomy stack: vision-based ball detection, SLAM localisation, motion planning
    • Ran the full cycle from design review through simulation proof to arena testing

    Ran the flagship event of Celesta, IIT Patna’s annual techno-management festival.

    • Coordinated logistics, technical execution, and volunteer teams across domains

    Built single-motor failure detection and recovery for quadcopters. Placed 7th overall and 3rd in positive points across all IITs.

    • Detection and control-reallocation logic on modified PX4 firmware
    • Validated attitude recovery and controlled landing in Gazebo simulation

    Ran the campus IoT programme — workshops that took people from bare board to prototype.

    • Mentored students on ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and sensor integration projects
